Schedule Your Complimentary Consultation
We schedule a visit to your house to assess your space and provide you with a detailed estimate for our services. You receive a confirmation email for your appointment, along with a reminder message, before our scheduled meeting.

Design Consultation
The site visit takes about an hour, depending on how many spaces you would like to organize. We'll measure your space, create a custom 3D design with you, and show you finish samples.
Our designer will assess your needs, discuss layouts, and plan each section using 3D modeling. We prioritize flexibility with your custom system, so that your storage solution can adapt to your needs over time. We'll update you on cost changes as you explore options and accessories to create the perfect storage solution for your space and budget.

Project Approval
After you approve the design and deposit, we order the materials and schedule installation for their arrival. At our warehouse, we meticulously check your order and pre-assemble anything possible to ensure a smooth and swift in-home installation. Expect a lead time of about one month from design approval to installation day.

Installation
Whether you've opted for self-prep or included it in your project, ensure the closet space is ready by your installation date. This may involve removing existing systems, drywall patching, and painting (if included). Please clear the space of personal belongings beforehand.
On installation day, our expert team arrives promptly, sets up protection, and starts installing your dream closet based on the finalized design. Once complete, they'll thoroughly clean the space and walk you through the finished product, demonstrating shelf adjustments and accessory use.

Follow-Up & Warranty
Once your dream closet is installed, your designer will check in to ensure your satisfaction. Remember, our closets adapt to your needs! Feel free to contact us for adjustments or questions. Additionally, a lifetime warranty on all materials is included through the manufacturer – we're here to support you!

What to Expect During Your Consultation
See it first, love it forever.
During your consultation, your designer takes measurements of your space, and then models it in our design software. This software allows you to visualize your new custom system in both 2D and 3D versions. Make decisions about what you need & want in your space by seeing what it will look like before it’s built.
