Linen, Hall & Utility Closet Design

Used these folks twice for custom install of built-in shelving in my basement and to create a master closet. Work was done in a timely fashion and it was always easy to get in contact with Scot via text when needed.

Update: Used these folks for a third time to do some built-ins for front door entrance. Great service as always.

Our wire shelf closet collapsed one night and I immediately called 180 Closets the next day for help. Hannah came out within a few days and by the time she left had a solution that we were happy with.

From start to finish, Hannah (designer) and Francesco (Installer) provided outstanding and timely service. Hannah worked with us to ensure her design met our needs and was perfectly fine with making a few adjustments for the final design.

The following week, Francesco arrived at our home ready to install. The quick and professionalism he showed working solo was nothing short of impressive! He had our primary walk-in closet installed by the days end. Clothes bars, shelving, valet bars, etc. were installed with precision and he left the area super clean. He did have to return 2 days later to bring a couple shelves that weren't in his truck, but even that did not cause any inconvenience whatsoever.

I interviewed 5 different closet firms in the area. I had a clear vision of what I wanted and Hannah Lastsch did a fantastic job making it come to life. Initially the quote was higher than we had budgeted (because I asked her to show me all
Of the possibilities). I let her know our budget, she tweaked the design and it was exactly what I was looking for. She and the scheduling team were very easy to work with. The installation team was exactly on time, very professional and communicative. The whole process was easy and clear. It’s a pleasure to use this closet daily and I will definitely use them again for future projects. There are several useful but somewhat hidden features that I love. The valet bar, pullout belt rack, locking jewelry drawer, built in jewelry tray and hidden double hamper. The quality is very high and I highly recommend Hannah and 180 closets.

Scot helped me design and convert a bedroom next to our master bedroom into a beautiful and functional dressing room. I spoke with several closet designers but Scot's attention to detail and suggestions for little things I could do to make the space more functional and attractive set him apart. His installer was wonderful, tho Scot kept his eye on the build out to ensure high quality and customer satisfaction was there every step of the way. The end product was/is SO BEAUTIFUL and FUNCTIONAL. I absolutely love it! 10 years later, I contacted Scot to help me convert an area that had shelves to have bars for hanging items. His superior customer service is still very much a part of his business. Not only was he quick in responding to my inquiry, he delivered the items I requested with a fast turnaround.

These guys are great! We bought an older home based on updated kitchen and baths, unfortunately the closets were a total disaster. Botched DIY by previous owner. Drawers that wouldn’t open, mis-matched knobs, raw wood: horrible and unusable. I called 180 Closet Design and they custom designed and installed beautiful and functional modern closets in two bedrooms and hall linen closet, 5 total closets (bedrooms had two each). This was 2 years ago, and they have held up flawlessly. We have received compliments from visiting family and guests. Now we just sold our home and are moving on, and the realtor said our closets were a good selling point in the bedrooms, and I know we would have had a hard time with the old ones! In short, I highly recommend 180 Closet, they do great work.

We had a great experience withe 108 Closet Design. I saw they had a lot of great reviews and we had had two other companies bring us quotes, but we didn't feel like the price justified their designs. We were very happy with the design with 108 Closet. Hannah drove all the way out to Maryland to meet with us and spent a lot of time, asking questions. Before she left, she was able to show us a diagram and quote. The rest of the process was seamless. They took out the old shelving in the closet, repainted and added the new closet. It looks phenomenal. And we feel like we even have more room than we thought we would. Overall, we are very pleased and super happy to have a beautiful and functional space.
