Our wire shelf closet collapsed one night and I immediately called 180 Closets the next day for help. Hannah came out within a few days and by the time she left had a solution that we were happy with.

From start to finish, Hannah (designer) and Francesco (Installer) provided outstanding and timely service. Hannah worked with us to ensure her design met our needs and was perfectly fine with making a few adjustments for the final design.

The following week, Francesco arrived at our home ready to install. The quick and professionalism he showed working solo was nothing short of impressive! He had our primary walk-in closet installed by the days end. Clothes bars, shelving, valet bars, etc. were installed with precision and he left the area super clean. He did have to return 2 days later to bring a couple shelves that weren't in his truck, but even that did not cause any inconvenience whatsoever.

Of the possibilities). I let her know our budget, she tweaked the design and it was exactly what I was looking for. She and the scheduling team were very easy to work with. The installation team was exactly on time, very professional and communicative. The whole process was easy and clear. It’s a pleasure to use this closet daily and I will definitely use them again for future projects. There are several useful but somewhat hidden features that I love. The valet bar, pullout belt rack, locking jewelry drawer, built in jewelry tray and hidden double hamper. The quality is very high and I highly recommend Hannah and 180 closets.
